"I liked the location. It was removed from downtown, so it was a bit of a drive, but the views from the unit were amazing and it was quiet. The unit was clean and comfortable, but was dated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The service at check in and out was great. The exercise room was nice with lots of options for weights, treadmills, peletons, etc. I was disappointed that the hottub was empty. Overall, I enjoyed the property and would stay again. "

"I were not impressed with the two nights we stayed at this hotel/ river suits. The check in room is under some stairs. You walk right into an office. Staff was nothing more than they needed to be: Not a warm welcome. We felt that the pictures the property advertised with with does not match the reality of what you get. - Rooms were not clean. Dust and spots - Beds were small. Sofa bed was terrible and unusable to sleep in. - bathroom were small and not very inviting. The list goes on."

"Shawn, in the main office, checked us in and was very welcoming and courteous. He gave us easy directions to our cabin for the night and was very thorough with our checkout procedures. The room was very warm and cozy and we had a great night’s sleep after a long day of travel. I’m not sure if they keep the Christmas lights on year round but it definitely felt like a winter wonderland with the pretty lights and snow on the ground.
