Crookston Inn & Convention Center
5/5 Excellent
"Staff were all very friendly! The restaurant located in the hotel had awesome food. Everyone in our group was satisfied with what they ordered which NEVER happens! Only complaints I have is that our room was cold our whole stay and we didn’t realize there was a switch on the base board near the floor to switch between AC and heat. Very odd and would have been nice to know. Also we had a room that the window was facing the pool area and even though the pool was said to close at 11pm we were kept up by young children being loud in the pool well after 12 when we had to be up at 4:30am. It’s part or hotel stays but with the pool literally next to the front desk I was surprised they didn’t take care of the noise and allowed it to go so late.
Our stay otherwise was very nice and the room was clean. The hotel as a whole was clean and everyone was very nice. "
