"I went in a little concerned but once I saw the property in person I felt way better. The front desk saw I was using a walker it would have been considerate to ask if I needed a handicap room close to handicap parking. He didn’t speak or ask how I was doing. Yes that’s very rude when you have paying customers. There are blotches of paint on the ceiling that should be fixed. There is a small incline as you go into the bathroom area I would encourage them to put something there to avoid someone...

"Our room key didn’t work. The evening staff girl reprogrammed the key and it still didn’t work. We bought a room with 2 queen beds originally and since they had none left she gave us a king with a pull out couch. Pull out couches are not usually comfortable. So we were a bit let down but we still had a place to stay. Even the next morning our room keys wouldn’t work on our door. I think they have an issue with room keys since we went through 3 rooms before we could get in and still had an issue...

"The young lady who checked me in was pleasant and got me going pretty quickly. Gentleman who picked me up in the shuttle was polite, and helpful. A couple issues I had was on the nightstand underneath the telephone, I guess the previous huest forgot their fake eyelashes, and they were missed in the clean-up. The place waa decent and convenient for a one night layover, thin walls though. Overall 6/10. "

"Amazing customer service. No complaints there. Room is well lit and very clean. Love that there’s a lighted mirror AND full length mirror. Also very good lighting in the shower. Great lighting in a hotel is important because it shows you that everything is clean! Pet friendly! AC unit works well! Direct tv so you have tons of channels and fast internet. I felt very safe staying here as a solo female with dogs. "
