"Exceptional customer service (cannot emphasise this enough!) , the air con was really really good, breakfast was great, bed was super comfy! They served us welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival, gave us recommendations for the area and sorted us airport transfers! We stayed in a higher rated, higher star hotel for the first part of the trip that was double the cost and la nueva was better! Would definitely reccomend as a great value, friendly stay for Hanoi! "

"Everything was fantastic at the hotel! The staff were so helpful and accommodating with everything during the trip. My flight arrived late but they organised a transfer from the hotel and offered late check in for me.
