"The Hotel Milan Speranza Au Lac is a 4 star hotel located by the lake boulevard. The hotel is a reliable choice in the slightly lower end of 4 star hotels. We had a nice two night stay at the hotel. The room and the bathroom were as expected but we were slightly disappointed as there was no balcony and the view was to the building on the opposite side of the street. "The hotel was right in the middle of Stresa and a 5 minute walk from the lake. A charming hotel and friendly owner and staff. There is parking, but we were lucky to get a space as it's a public carpark."
