"The staff are awesome! I left my back pillow at another Tokyu Stay Shinjuku and one of their staff members helped me get the pillow deiver for a reasonable fee. The facility is well kepted and the sake token was a nice bonus for evening treat. The breakfast was okay and we are glad we brought the breakfast meal. If you decide not to purchase the breakfast options, no worries, there is a 7 -Eleven 4 mins walk on the same street. We would stay here again. The heater remote control was a little hard to figure out. Good location to shops and the subways.Thank you!"

"The location is in the perfect. Close to all of the dining and shopping of Kawaramachi. Transport is easily accessible to many locations and walking distance to a lot of attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The Oakwood in Kyoto was my absolute favorite stay in my whole Japan trip. The staff, room, & amenities provided were all excellent. Everything is walkable from there with a 7/11 nearby & a hot spot where you can explore the neighborhood & surrounding areas for shopping, restaurants & bars.
