"Room is very clean. Bathroom had only one light working so quite dark. Entrance door should be repaired or changed,seemed bent and paint peeling. I payed extra for ocean front balcony, however my balcony is a main walkway to the stairs. I'd stay there again but would be picking a better area."

"Very nice historic hotel. Plus / minus on being co-located with busy Cuban restaurant. The food at the Cuban restaurant was excellent, but makes the hotel smell like oil and food. Parking also becomes an issue because of the restaurant. The hotel is an excellent location for all things downtown Deland."
