"Great apartment with on-suite for both bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen and right next to the red line tram terminus. Also a nice supermarket right across the street. Very friendly reception staff and easy check in/out."

"Handy for bus stops and St Paul's Cathedral. Quiet hotel. room wasn't warm despite adjusting thermostat. Bathroom floor was cold. Comfy bed. Overlooked the inner courtyard. Tried bar after we got in from night out but they were closing by 11:30 on a Saturday. Had issues getting hot food during the day as they had kitchen issues. Overall good area, good transport links. Be aware that many coffee shops etc are closed in that are on a weekend."

"Great hotel. Staff all lovely. Great cocktail Bar overlooking the lake which also does food. On site restaurant mizumi is excellent. Great atmosphere. It was nice to have an evening where we didn’t need to leave the hotel. The only points for improvement would be the bathroom could do with modernising and having a walk in shower and the superior room we had could have done with a set of drawers as we felt this was lacking. That being said we would definitely book again. We had a great visit "

"The restaurant on site wasn't really nice, food was average and service wasn't the best.. The resort on himself is great, the lodge was clean and spacious. Staff was really friendly. Unfortunatly, restaurants and shops missing close to the resort."

"Lovely relaxing stay. Staff were so kind and helpful. We ate well, enjoyed the spa, adored the views, and had a wonderful time. Will definitely be coming back in the future. "
