"We ended up returning to this property later in our week because it worked so well for our family with 2 young adult children! It is amazingly QUIET despite the local concert theater and public transit. We slept so well there! The 2 bedroom suite was ideal, including the huge couch 2 nights. Kitchen is more than adequate. Faucet mount was loose and they only had 2 towels in place for 4 guests, but delivered more asked."

"Easy check in. Or room 005 was in the basement facing the road. There was little noise from the road so it never bothered us. I left something in the room and it was returned to me within 5 days. OK for one night whilst attending the Royal Albert Hall concert which is in easy walking distance."

"Have stayed here twice now, great place to stay - very spacious, comfortable, modern, friendly staff, good amenities. Just disappointed I didn’t find the hotel sooner as I stay in the area a lot. "

"Nice views, quiet, property very clean, staff friendly. Hot tub a nice touch. Only constructive feedback is kitchen needs a little more for families, bigger pots for cooking, bigger colander, microwave, knives should be sharper, very blunt. The oven isn’t the best quality so don’t count on making nice roast dinners. "

"This place was mostly great! The spa was lovely, food was good, environment is pretty. The beds were comfortable and the features of the room all worked well. The two issues were the heat -- it was very warm even after I turned off the radiator -- and the noise. The walls are thin, and I could definitely hear the people nextdoor very easily. I sleep with white noise, so it wasn't a huge deal, but nonetheless a bit of a problem."
