They were so kind and gave me a big bag of rice, printed out a document for my data SIM and were understanding when I somehow lost my room key. "Great communication from hotel as we were navigating our way there. We arrived after the normal dinner hour but the were willing to hold staff available to serve us a very good meal. Rooms are unique and charming! We did the whitewater rafting. Guides were great and very concerned about everyone’s safety. Fun trip! Overall a great visit and we look forward to returning!"

Yo reserve lo que tienen como VILLA DE MADERA que duermen 5 y a la hora de llegar al hotel me dijieron que tenía que pagar OTRA habitación porque no era VILLA sino que HABITACIÓN. Eso no es correcto cuando uno tiene la confianza y seguridad de hacer las reservas con ustedes"
