"very nice visit. A quiet relaxing getaway with a visit to Hartville Hardware and home store, Hartville Kitchen, the chocolate factory and finished up our days with the pool and hot tub. The night clerk was also kind enough to let us know we left our lights on in our car and went out to turn them off for us. We appreciated him so much! The desk clerks were top notch, very friendly and welcoming. This was our 4th visit and we will surely be back. "
