"Location was excellent! Staff was top-notch! Restaurant and food was fantastic but a bit overpriced as is everything. Our room was extremely drafty around the AC and heater unit so it made it very cold in the room no matter how much we turned the temperature up and there’s such a gap underneath the door and the side of the door that it really allows for outside noise in and inside noise out. The shower is a bit small for our liking and there was no hairdryer. Overall four out of five stars just...

"One of the best hotels/inns I’ve ever stayed in. I travel often for work and have stayed in many hotels. The customer service was top notch! They allowed me to check in early and I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in ages! All the restaurants close by are very good. Highly recommend this place and would easily stay again if I am in the area again! "

"Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."
