"I loved the staff and how they care to help me when I needed it. My fireplace wasn’t working after it was a hour ago after swimming and there was no maintenance on but she called maintenance and they came within 30 minutes to help and fixed it. I love this hotel it’s my number one favorite. Great balcony great everything. : )"

"Check-in online was quick and easy and made check-in on arrival super quick. Every staff member we encountered said "hi", every one, every time. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was a little noise from the hallway now and again, but not bad. The place is old. I can remember staying here many years ago when it had a different name. There are some funky odors in the hallways. I don't know what the deal is with confusion over the pool. It is on the road side of the hotel. It is on the...

"I liked everything about this property. Staff was very friendly and ready to help all the time. Our flight got delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 1 AM. Louana had made sure to take care of everything based on our request. She is one of best front desk personnel I came across till date. She also made sure that our luggage is being taken care off till we come back on the last day of our stay. I would definitely like to stay here in the future."
