Swimming pool closed, card enty didn't work, no refrigerator and microwave, calking looked like a two-year-old did it, tub leaked into lower floor as reported by the person staying in lower room, no phone to call to desk, no elevator, and requested adjoining rooms and did not receive. Went down to desk and rang the bell for ten to fifteen minutes before anyone came and then they didn't seem to care. Desk attendent says they will be remodeling in a month but if they're going...

"We had a great time! Only issue was housekeeping didnt clean our room. They did call in a manager and our room was #5 that she had to clean. I hope the morning person was fired. We will absolutely go again, the grands had such an exciting time."

"It was a terrific experience. There was some street construction going on so the parking was a bit of a walk but that was not the hotel's fault. The staff were friendly and ready to help with anything. The bar and restaurant is absolutely one of the best perks. The bartender, waitresses and costumes were friendly and personable. The food and drinks were to die for. The breakfast was devine and the overall cleanliness was outstanding!"
