"Tracy at the front desk did outstanding job accommodating unexpected challenge"

"We originally booked the stay to see a concert at the Grand. We had to change the dates and made it about Longwood Gardens and the Brandywine River Museum instead. The staff was friendly, our room was spacious. Dove soaps, lotion and shampoo and conditioner in pump bottles was a great surprise. There were enough towels for both of us, two bottles of water and the makings for coffee and tea. The included breakfast was delicious and plentiful with something for everyone. "This hotel is acrossed from a farm on a dead end street, but still convenient to several restaurants. The Italian Kitchen Deli is exceptional. The TV instructions could have been better though."
