"Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. "Property is tucked away, they probably should add some better signage. Security you go thru does direct you well though and love that they are checking people. It’s a gorgeous area with walking trails and cute little village to go walk, shop and eat at that you MUST go to! Def go to the Marina as well. "This particular room is on the third floor and was ok, sound wise until the last part when the Harley-Davidson riders rolled into town. Apparently they just drive back and forth gunning their throttles all night long. That is when the room lost all of its charm and good vibes. It's just too close to the road and the bridges and thus the motorcycle noise was amplified to unacceptable levels."

"I came to Destin for my daughter’s 1st birthday celebration. Let me start off by saying my main purpose and goal was the ocean…and this unit did not disappoint. The pictures are dull compared to how beautiful it is when you walk onto the balcony. We could watch the sun set from the balcony. This rental had everything we needed except washer and dryer which was my mistake - I didn’t realize the one bedrooms do not have washer and dryers. We had issues in the beginning with the dishwasher and air...

"Everything was great till Tuesday the day before we had to leave! Two of the young guys that work at the cabana on the beach in front of building III and close to the volleyball net! Came down to the edge of the beach and decided to fish! They cast out their lines in the area we were swimming and hanging out. One of the fishing poles was directly in front of me! We let them know we were not happy and neither were some other people swimming in that area! I said it loud enough for them to hear me...

"Be careful getting a beach view on the 5th floor. If there is an event on the 6th floor they are allowed to blast music and jump around until 10pm. This made sleep for my kids difficult while they partied right above us. They don’t enforce no smoking on the property unless you complain. Lastly, paying $30 for a resort fee is a little crazy in the winter considering the “heated”pool is too cold to swim and they even shut off the water to clean sand off yourself from the beach.
