"Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. The condo was comfy but definitely needs some repairs/updating. Sink faucet was very loose, missing baseboards, lots of little things to make it...

"Perfect stay for us. Close to places we needed and wanted to go. Dining and shopping all around close by. Facility is nice and new. Staff was very friendly and took care of needs when they presented themselves. Space is nice and roomy with a kitchenette, dining, living space and a good size bedroom. Least favorite part was lower water pressure in shower and not a great shower head, but overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend and would stay there again!"

"There was construction going on the whole time we were there either in the room next door or room up above us! They started every morning at 7:00a.m. The coffee pot in the kitchen needed replaced! It would not send water up the reservoir! I replaced it!😊"

"Property was nice, clean, and well maintained. It did not have heat, which is only an issue during a couple months out of the year, but the campgrounds were quiet and the staff and other residents were polite and welcoming. Will be returning."

"Beautiful room we stayed in, ample parking, places to eat and explore on site, fast elevators that felt safe, nice staff."

"We had a great stay here! The condo was very clean and I loved the huge balcony and we could see the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped, however, there was not any pantry items like salt and pepper or olive oil. Not surprising but just something to be aware of. It was very quiet and we were able to spread out. Staying for the music festival and it could not have been more convenient to walk there and walk to other places. "

"I came to Destin for my daughter’s 1st birthday celebration. Let me start off by saying my main purpose and goal was the ocean…and this unit did not disappoint. The pictures are dull compared to how beautiful it is when you walk onto the balcony. We could watch the sun set from the balcony. This rental had everything we needed except washer and dryer which was my mistake - I didn’t realize the one bedrooms do not have washer and dryers. We had issues in the beginning with the dishwasher and air...

"I loved that it was right on the beach with gorgeous scenery. The heated pool was nice. We had a wonderful time! We had a crazy start on Friday. They sent us the access code to get in the condo but neglected to tell us we needed to push the check mark also so we had a problem getting in. There could have been better communication there. All in all it was a great stay! Thanks!"

"We have stayed here before & good to see rooms were updated. Only issues we had at all is our floors were so dirty our feet would turn black after we took a shower if we didn’t put our shoes; nasty apparently. "The rooms have been updated, yet the furnishings are not. The shower is a walk in with an open door so you flood the BR floor no matter how careful you are. They leave the balcony lights on until 11 pm which makes it uncomfortable to sit out there and see the water in the evening. The staff were all very nice and helpful.
