"The property was great, very clean and convenient. The staff were helpful. The only issue I had was they asked for a credit card for the file, which is fine. At the time I asked if the card would be charged or just held on file for damages. They said it would be held on file. I was charged but then refunded slightly less than what they charged. I also left the room in immaculate condition and have not had a reply yet about this. "

"Had an excellent stay at this hotel. The restaurant was very good. All staff was very nice. My room was clean and I loved the surf vibe. I was on the side next to the road and the windows kept it very quiet. The location is literally right next to the pier and ocean. Awesome place. "If you are a light sleeper ask for a lower floor. There is a rooftop bar and it creates a bit of noise for guests on the 6th floor. Otherwise an awesome stay just steps from the beach and tons of dining options within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Will definitely stay again next time. "

My only complaint was that the rooms are outdated and that the patio, although spacious, seems empty with just a small table and couple a chairs. "Couldn’t decide between a few different areas and hotels but glad I chose Mayumi. Was really chilled, nice size room and super clean. I didn’t do anything in the surrounding area so can’t really comment but I felt safe there and the staff were friendly. It’s obviously not a super swanky hotel option but it felt really easy and relaxing, nice vibe and really cool design overall with the courtyard and fire pit.
