"Nice place to stay while in phoenix "

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"The front desk was very welcoming, and attentive. Rooms were nice, the amenities were as described. The onky bad thing was the area which was rather sketchy .Unfortunately Phoenix has a large homeless problem."

"Only thing that was not poor was parking for our building. Had to park not near our building due to limited spots. "

"A couple of changes would have bee good: Nice chair for the bedroom area for dressing and watching TV. I was in the handicap room. The bed was OK and slept OK, but I think you need a new mattress in there and the bed should be higher. However the hotel as a whole was great including a nice breakfast and good coffee. Thanks. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful."
