"Amenities were excellent with the Hougang Mall 1. Eating places and supermarkets are well within reach. Gym and pool are good. Apartment was quite clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made us feel at home. Staff were also friendly when we were checking in. Provided towels are very good. However, one of the bed pillows provided was soiled. Additionally, they should consider keeping a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, as currently you are only provided with one roll until...

Good family hotel & quite budget friendly too

"First time my family stayed here. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but decided not to take it. The room was quite old but comfortable, so 2 days later we decided to see if we would want to take the upgrade. The Duty Manager, Fadzrul, very kindly took us to look at 3 rooms before we chose the Family Room at no extra charge. All the counter staff were so nice but Fadzrul was extra nice & clear in his explanations & help. The hotel is near MRT & has a 7-11 attached & is convenient to travel to all the places we wanted to go to. It is informal & nice & family-friendly & the cost of staying there is one of the more budget-friendly in Singapore for a bigger hotel. Overall happy & would stay again."
