"I had interaction with desk staff and breakfast staff. Both were exceptional. Special thanks to breakfast staff. Both ladies were so friendly and took special care to help my husband who has mobility issues. Breakfast offering were excellent. My room did run short of supplies like soap, TP, dish soap and dishwasher soap. I was able to get supplies by finding housekeeping staff. One should not run out of TP. "

"This is a very nice hotel much better than the ones I typically stay at in the area. Very clean and modern, huge TV. What u don’t like was that they didn’t have a coffee machine in the room and the bathroom sink faucet would flow enough water. Maintenance tried fixing it but couldn’t, this is likely specific to this room."

"Most Staff were great—bar tender amazing. One or two of the front desk staff were ok, just not real very welcoming…. Especially at checkin. It would be great also if they warned you they will not make up your room or refresh your coffee and towels. "
