"This might just be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I came straight from work, upon my arrival to reception, the receptionist (Amelie/Amelia?) could not have been more welcoming. As I was checking in, I was offered a complimentary drink which was lovely. I was then offered to sign up to the free members club which I did and immediately got a free room upgrade and 2 mini bottles of Prosecco for the room as I was having a girls night with my best friend. The room was huge, the view was stunning and the breakfast was to die for. Can't wait to come back. Every second was pure bliss. Thank you so much for such a magnificent stay. "

"We had a fabulous stay at the Gainsborough. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfy. We used the spa 3 times during the stay and it has fantastic facilities - my only one point of improvement would be to fix some of the jets in the spa so they’re all working! We stayed during the half marathon weekend and the morning of the marathon they even had gels and protein bars in reception for the runners! Such a nice touch. Perfect weekend in Bath made even better by staying at such a gorgeous hotel! "

"Great stay at the Bristol Hotel. Made to feel welcome by the receptionist Marian who was also very helpful. The room was cozy with a lovely view of the river. Comfy double bed but we did find it a little small. The room was quiet and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is in a great location for restaurant's and exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again. "
