"We had one of the modern rooms so didn’t feel the “castle” feeling in our room. The grounds and breakfast room were very beautiful though. Ours was a plain room, but overall comfortable, with heating, and pretty spacious for 3 of us. we had a few ants in the bathroom and on the beds though since our arrival. It was an easy walk from the main train station connecting to Lisbon. the hotel itself is spanking brand new and the bed was big and comfortable. "Enjoyed the Hotel and the staff. Room was nice, except bed on the firm side. Service was good except for deceptive advertising about 17:00 to 19:00 Happy Hour at the front of the Hotel. My wife and I made a point to visit the bar during that time and each enjoyed a single cocktail. To our dismay the price was over 31 euros!
