"Overall the property was good. Nice location on the beach - set back but have an ocean view makes it not too loud. We are at the beach club attached and that was really nice. The y accommodated vegan and other dietary restrictions. The unit itself was a little dated but had good amenities - the location on the north beach is great and we will be back! "

"It's a really nice little hotel. The rooms are compact but clean. No elevators so try to stay on the lower floors. During the rain, it can be a little slippery. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms so you have to keep a very tiny window open most of the time (which is mostly fine). You cannot use toilet paper and flush it down. You have to throw it in a very small garbage can which is too small. Location is excellent. The street is full of dining and shopping options that stay on and lit up...

"Read a lot of bad reviews before going. Very relieved most of them were wrong. The hotel is fine. Clean, quiet, excellent staff, food good. It’s not a mega hotel so the food options are limited as in they serve 100 guest rather than 300 at a large all inclusive resort. "Very good budget hotel with comfortable rooms. Excellent central location in Playa Norte. Room had everything we needed: good bed, fridge, dishes, cutlery, air conditioning, ceiling fan, hot water, chairs on balcony, view to the water across the street.
