He also guiding us in purchasing SL pass online. Besides, having a safe and convenient place to store our luggage can make a big difference in enjoying our day before checking in. "Great location, perfectly clean and pleasant apartment. It was a little cold on arrival, but just needed to wait for the heating to warm the rooms. I was a bit unsure how the virtual check in would work, so perhaps a few more details might reassure travellers about the process, as it was super easy. "A safe and quiet place to stay for a weekend trip There is also good wifi. There is a laundry room on floor 10, so it's very convenient. Take out garbage on the floor 1 or near the elevator of your own floor. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and other toiletries if you need them since the bathroom only includes liquid hand soap and body wash. "Modest yet functional apartments with really everything you need for a stay in Stockholm. We appreciated the laundry room downstairs and the different bins downstairs to recycle our rubbish. The mini supermarket across the road is expensive as has been mentioned in another review but it is so convenient to quickly pick up a few needed things. And the staff there are lovely. The only thing we didn't like about Biz Apartments was that Reception is not staffed between 8am and 1.30pm daily. It...

"I had a really good check-in experience. It was a few minutes walk from the train station, to my surprise public transport is very efficient in Stockholm and you could ride to the city center in less than 10 minutes from the property. The property was clean and robust communication set up! "

"This is one of the best hotels/apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, historic building with modern apartments with premium furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are a great size, you can open the windows for fresh air, and the area surrounding is stunning. Matilda and the other team members were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus you get a book in the room with helpful tips and recommendations. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit Stockholm"

"We couldnt stay at the "hotel", when we arrived there we got harrased by old people who lived there, the building where the hotel is located is shared with a hospital for psychologist treatment, we tried to cancel it and the owner refused even tho we had proof of the guy who assaulted us, my girlfriend was terrified by that experience, stay away from this place, we wanted to save money as you may if this hotel shows up on your list but its not worh it "

"Everything was perfect for me and I really liked the simple modern monotone interior, too. Just one thing to adde is maybe if you had a higher quality hair dryer set in the room it would be super nice for women who cares for their hair. Thank you !"

"It was lovely to be able to check in a little earlier than usual as I had a long journey and was exhausted. ..thank you to the accommodating staff on the front desk. The room was functional ..and had a desk, which came in handy, as I had work to do. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable...superbly located close to the railway station ..I shall definitely be returning."

"I loved staying at the property- a great location in the middle of Östermalm but it was so quiet! I walked everywhere from the hotel including to and from the station. I really loved the theme of the hotel and especially Greta’s bistro where I had dinner one of the nights of my stay- the food was excellent and the staff exceptional! The only thing that was a little confusing was check in and I think that was down to the time I arrived- the reception area is a small space right next to a busy queue for the busy bar! But this wouldn’t be enough to detract from top marks. I’d stay here again any time!"
