"The apartment was excellent. Really nice and spacious. Gym and pool are excellent. The main issue was the outside noise. It would appear all windows are single glazed with the road noise making it difficult to sleep. Also the living room didn’t have a blackout blind, and with a street light right outside the room was very light which again made sleeping very difficult."

"The place was perfect for our quick getaway . The inside zero complaints, nice decor … A few recommendations : paper towels for the kitchen/ and in the outside patio a small table and chairs for breakfast/coffee. Also the patio could you a little upkeep /decor "

"You really cant beat the location if you plan to stay in Brickell. The views are amazing. Everything is walkable i.e. grabbing coffee and a croissant at the local foodtruck next door with an amazing view or walking to city centres high end shopping or grabbing dinner at any of the hundreds of awesome restaurants. I highly recommend this spot to stay. "

"We had room 217, everything is good until we wanted to turn off the central fan light but could not find the swtich nor the remote (if any) anywhere...and the light was so strong that we had a hard time sleeping. "

"This was a great location if you are going to Fort Lauderdale to party. It is next to the water which is awesome! The unit itself was nice too a lot more spacious than the pics make it look. Overall we would absolutely go back! "

"I had a hard time exchanging bathroom towels for clean ones. Although there was a cleaning staff next door she told me I had to walk to office to get a roll of toilet paper. Really? Parking is non existing pretty much about 10 parking spots out front if you’re lucky to get a spot. They offer complimentary hot tea & coffee in the morning at the welcoming office for 5 days they had no sugar or creamer. "
