"The hotel is located just in Union Square. The cable car just passes the hotel. The room has been newly renovated in high quality. Rare hotels in the US have such quality. The sheet and quilt are all naturally comfortable. High recommended. "

"This is a decent hotel! We got the accessible room that said it had a view of the bay however it does not. The receptionist immediately offered another room higher up but it was not Handicapped accessible nor did it have the additional living area. So that was the only bummer is that we were promised a view but did not get one. Nothing against the hotel itself but maybe an Expedia error."
