"It’s definitely a hotel for the under 40 crowd. I should have researched a bit more before choosing this hotel. Great location next to the Elements Mall, but a taxi or train ride to everything else. Definitely not walkable. Our room had a large carpet stain that despite a heroic effort to remove, a faint outline still remained, making one wonder what exactly happened there…. The sheers on this lovely corner unit did not open fully, which was a bit of a disappointment but not a reason to...

"Brief family stay on the way to Australia. Enjoyed the location near two tube stops. Room was clean and tidy and housekeeping were great. Gym and pool good and concierge/door staff very friendly and helpful. Only a personal choice but a good breakfast would have made our stay excellent rather than good. Overall very happy and excellent value for money "
