"All staff are very friendly and efficient. The food was all lovely and the pool was a great place to cool down, although we would have liked a handrail to aid getting out again. There is no designated bar area so nowhere to sit when coming back to the hotel in the evening, which meant we often purchased drinks at 7-eleven and drank in our room - this is not a negative comment, just an observation."

"This is an amazing boutique hotel that fit our needs perfectly for going to the lantern festival. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you. We had our choice of 3 options for breakfast. 2 European style or 1 Thai style. Free glass bottled water was available on the lobby at anytime and as many as desired. "I think some hostels are better than this. 1. Hot water - did not work whole trip, and when it did work it was dripping out water as if it was drizzling outside. And not to mention, wait 15 mins for it to come and it isnt even strong. And not hot enough. 2. Location / Address on listing - Was absolutely incorrect. "We had such a wonderful experience at the Niman Conceptual Home. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. I can also tell you how amazing the breakfast was, if you opt for it. The Thai and Western breakfasts are done so well and they the portions are grand. They’ll get you on your way for your morning journey to whatever you have planned.
