"Great stay for a couple days, convenient to both Underground and street train and bus, walkable distance to variety of dining places. Kitchen and dining utensils are highly appreciated and very clean as well, used them mostly for breakfast and very convenient not to rush out and have a hot coffee "

"We had a wonderful stay at Steiner Residences. We are traveling with a 1-year old baby and it was perfect for us. The unit is clean, spacious, airy and the kitchen well appointed. WiFi is excellent, check-in is easy. Location is fantastic with tram lines and Spar grocery 1-minute walk away. The only let down was about check-out which is at 10am. We asked if by courtesy they would let us leave at noon. The response was positive but at a fee of 20 euros. We were a bit turned off by this response...

"This was a great location within a 10-15 minute walk from the city center, 20-25 minute walk to the Hofburg and museums there. But being slightly outside the center it was quiet for a good nights rest. We wish there had been more pillows and more towels available. "

"Location was great and the apartment was very nice. The replacement of the wall air conditioning with a mobile unit in the lounge room was not ideal but it was mostly cool enough. Host was responsive in dealing with issues and you have the option to pay 20 euro for a 12pm late checkout which was convenient (subject to availability but it worked for us)."

"Excellent location, quiet neighbourhood directly across the street from the U line subway. I didn't hear any noises at night besides one ambulance during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn't use it. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Bathrooms were both huge. The only thing to complain about was that the floors were not very clean and there was a sock from the previous guests left on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Bring slippers!"

"Stayed for 4 nights. I had read numerous reviews commenting on the property, how clean it was and how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everything I read was correct and with the tram stop just outside the front door it is only a few stops to connect to the subway…incredibly convenient. Would stay there again and certainly recommend it "

"Lovely, helpful staff and easy check-in/check-out. Great location, close to U-Bahn station and shops. Very modern reception area. Room also modern, apart from the bathtub and some minor things in the room made us feel like it was a little short of 4 star (shower head rubber had worn away, so it wouldn’t stay high enough for us to get under it, toilet seat didn’t fit to end of the toilet rim, small patch where tiles had broken replaced with just grout) - minor things, didn’t affect our stay/enjoyment."
