Excellent b&b all around. Very clean and orderly, friendly and accessible owner, breakfast was excellent (eggs, bacon, sausage, fruits, toast, yogurt, etc. etc.), had parking and was in-between Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake so easy to check out both places.

This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast and I had an amazing experience. I was able to check in early and even got my room upgraded for free. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend staying here it is right next to the bus stop but also not to far to walk.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Butterfly Manor and we highly recommend staying here! The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, the bathrooms huge, and the decor really cute. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Breakfast was really good and fresh- homemade eggs and bacon, toast, fruit, yogurt. Close proximity to the falls.

Lovely stay for a weekend getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was our first time visiting Canada and we couldn’t have felt more welcomed. The hosts were so nice and gave suggestions of places to go. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good but could be a bit more imaginative. The room was nice. Everything was extremely clean. The room could use more outlets for electronics, but otherwise was very comfortable. Great location to see the falls and for cycling.
