"We could not have stayed in a better cabin in the mountains! Sweet Surrender cabin was spacious and very clean. The furnishings were very nice and stylish. The kitchen appliances were top notch and so was all the dishes and cookware. The king size bed was the most comfortable ever! Absolutely loved the very roomy double shower and large double vanity! I highly recommended this cabin! "

"Cabin was beautiful. We could not get an uber to pick us up so we didn’t drive the mountain at night. Quite a few neighbors had dogs that barked 24/7 but we were able to tune them out. "

"Cabin was decent. We were really looking forward to using the steam shower shown in the pictures before booking, ( was the main reason we went for this cabin). The steam shower did not work. It also had a hot tub but the jets in the hot tub weren’t strong. The grill was not clean, we spent 20 minutes scrubbing the food off the grill. The light for the microwave didn’t work so it was hard to cook in the evenings. I didn’t find measuring cups for the kitchen. I didn’t look in my friend’s room, but...

"The cabin was incredible. The place was spotless clean, had great amenities like a hot tub, jacuzzi, and foosball table pass the time, own parking spot was perfect, and neighbors were far enough they weren’t a bother if they wanted to be loud. No complaints about the property at all. Only warning is that the roads to get there are narrow and having bigger vehicles would take up too much space on the road. The roads aren’t really up to the property owners to deal with so it didn’t influence how I...

"Some basic areas need attention. The upstairs shower did not drain and left you standing in water. Unable to use dryer because the off/on knob was broken. One end of the recliner couch was broken, The deck and railing is in need of repair. Could use an overall Spring Cleaning."

"We were in town for a company event and the original lodge we rented was short 1 bed/bath - so due to the proximity of Whispering Pines Lodge we opted for this for myself and my husband to stay at. The home was absolutely beautiful, spotless clean, and very nicely decorated. While we did not utilize the pool / jacuzzi- both were in very good shape and a very nice addition.
