"The room was smaller than expected, and all the noise from outside came in. I stayed there for New Year's, but not only could I hear the sounds of the celebration, I could also hear every step and conversation of people walking in the hallway. The fire alarm went off at night, and a manager (I assume it was the hotel manager) was running through the hallway, asking, 'Is everyone okay in here?!' That seemed like an unusual fire safety procedure."

"The stairs up to the unit are very steep. Could not park in front of the unit to unload items. Parking garage is far away. There was no welcome basket of goodies as mentioned in the add. The unit itself was clean. A lot of outside noise in the middle of the night woke up multiple times. The owner was good at communication. Good food options available in the area "

"I recommend this hotel as a safe clean place to stay. The staff was friendly and polite. I only had one minor gripe. Housekeeping missed our room one day. It could have been because we slept late with a do not disturb sign in the door, but even after we left in the afternoon, no one came to take out our trash. This was a minor glitch, as everyone and everything else was vey nice. I will definitely stay at this place in the future, should the need arise. "
