"Overall a good property. Our room had a very musty smell in it. Like the room had been heavily smoked in. The water this morning wasn’t hot. It was warm enough but could have been better. Mattress was uncomfortable. Otherwise we liked the property and would stay there again. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. "

"My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 4 nighs. The staff was Wonderful, everyone including other guests were very friendly and helpful since we were from out of state. "This was a very good basic discount hotel. Quick check in, large room (bath was small but serviceable), clean, hot water, comfortable bed. Property is older but well maintained. Everything in the room worked, there were some scuffs and dings on the furniture but entirely livable. "

"the staff was great. all of them were very funny and lighthearted. my girlfriend and i went for a night in their pool. 13 teenage boys came in and terrorized us. throwing things at us, yelling at us. humping eachother etc. infront of children as well. so my only wish is that more staff came down to see what was happening. bed was nice, shower never got hot, we were missing lightbulbs?"

"The property is on a busy traffic circle but in a good location. The room was clean, bed comfortable, quiet and we had a good night’s sleep. Paid extra for a breakfast and it was at the diner just a few steps from the hotel lobby. It was great with three choices. Portsmouth is loaded with great dining options. Love its downtown!"
