"Superb base for exploring Nerja and the surrounding areas. 5 minute walk from the bus terminal and positioned centrally in the old town close to tapas bars and restaurants. Hotel is spotlessly clean and modern, the staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. Paco in particular was a delight!"

"Excellent from start to finish. Stayed for one night although we have stayed before. Beautiful location, hotel, grounds, staff and restaurant. Mentioned at check in it was my wifes birthday. We went for a walk and when we came back there was a bottle of Cava in the bedroom, also when we went for our evening meal they came out with a birthday cake and sang happy birthday. Lovely staff and we had a really lovely time, would thoroughly recommend."

"Great location for sight seeing, can be a little noisy in the mornings. Rooms basic but nice and clean. Time of year no receptionist so checking in a little frustrating. Buffet breakfast adequate if you get up before it runs out. Most staff very nice and helpful "

"Large apart-hotel by the beach, 15 minutes scenic walk on the promenade to Nerja. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a balcony and beautiful views. The decor was slightly outdated but the apartment was particularly spacious, very comfortable and with a big bathroom. It was spotless and thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis by friendly staff. We stayed Half-Board. The main downside for us was the food which was of poor quality although there was plenty of it. It didn't help that the...

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are perfect and very modern. There is literally a place for everything. Beds very comfortable and a lovely terrace. Plenty of towels and the breakfast was excellent. We are vegan but there was enough to choose from. We would highly recommend this hotel and staff are so helpful. "

"I had a lovely 2 week stay at Rui Monica. The staff were very friendly , Food delicious lots of choice, very good entertainment in the evenings. So easy to get to the beach front from Hotel. I had a little accident were I fell and the staff were amazing so kind, caring and helpful. Antonio the manager was lovely. Thank you all for your kindness and help."
