"The property was extremely clean and neat. You are getting more than what you pay for. Fortunately after reading a negative review I decided to take a chance and stay at this property and I am so glad I did. Had I went with the review I would have missed out on a fabulous property. When I arrived it only took a minute or two to gain access to the property. I was greeted by Mr. Robin who explained the in's and out's and the security protocol. "Spacious condo and perfect location on the amazing 7 mile beach with a nice large private balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Would have been nice to have better water pressure in the shower and a curtain on the bathroom window. Staff is wonderful and ocean front restaurant was good. "

"It was fine for a place to sleep and had good air con. but the double bed was so small and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable. I know it just opened up and they replaced the double with a queen the day after we left, so that’s good for future people who stay there. If you want luxury… this is not it!! We were not expecting luxury so it was adequate. The location however was perfect!! "

"Samsara Clif Resort exceeded my expectations. When I arrived i was a bit taken aback by the outside but once we entered the property, the amazement hit us. The staff were super courteous and made us feel like royalty. Our room was amazing and the view was breathless. This is a couples paradise. guests get to experience Jamaica within an all inclusive package. authentic Jamaican cuisine and music are enjoyed daily. the staff throughout the property are naturally courteous and friendly. we called to the front desk for extra soap and there was a knock at the door with the soap by the time I put down the phone. Customer service at this resort is on fleek."

"We (6 people) went in for an overnight stay, so honestly in all fairness I can only honestly give a review on the food and staff. The staff was very welcoming especially, Chantel the Expedia ambassador. Despite not busy at the reception desk, we were seated and given a welcoming drink, and the representatives came over and checked us in. Then we were taken downstairs to the buffet for lunch of which there were many different dishes to choose from. We had to wait awhile for our room to be ready but our group was quite happy to wait as Chantel made us feel at home. I would definitely return for a longer stay. Good job Royalston Negril, staff well trained. "
