"As long as you manage your expectations this hotel is fine. It is very basic and the breakfast is toast, eggs bacon and beans. Don't expect a breakfast buffet. The beds were a bit saggy but not too bad. The building was centrally heated and we had to open the window on a 5 degree day because the room was too stuffy. Given the general cost of London hotels this is a reasonable choice for a fairly central location."

"Everything was great about the hotel, customer service was patient with me, the heater in my room wasn’t working they offered to give me a new room or portable heater. All the amenities came with the hotel. Food was amazing, whenever I’m back in London this is where I’m staying. The location is very convenient as well. "

"Great level of service, attentive and helpful staff. Absolutely cracking view over London. We ate lunch in the Circle Bar in the lobby. Not the cheapest but excellent nonetheless. Already planning to go back!

"I was so comfortable here that I really hated leaving to return home. First, the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Second, the breakfast was great and had a good variety of choices to create a full breakfast and then some. It was clean and smelled nice. Third, the location was perfect: easy walking distance to trains, buses, taxis always there, the theatres, Covent Garden (fabulous), landmarks, restaurants and many stores including grocery express and some clothing stores. The only drawback was that there was not a socket to plug my hair dryer and flat iron in in the bathroom - even with the adapter. In the room there are charging ports, some international sockets and American appliance sockets. Haxell's the internal restaurant was awesome. Joe Allens - a theatre themed restaurant has an entrance into the hotel. "
