"This property is essentially a B&B. don’t let the exterior scare you off. Room was very clean and the property had a rooftop terrace. Alessandro is a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Bear in mind there is no elevator so you need to climb about 5 flight of stairs. Location is in the heart of Palermo within walking distance of everything."

"Loved this place in the middle of town! Need to make sure you have whatsapp to get instructions to enter building and the entry keys. Parking is impossible in the area. Only the $20/day pay garage nearby is an option or walking many blocks. The cleanliness was impecable. Never seen a place so clean and I travel weekly. "Clearly, the ratings have been screened so the poor ones don't show. Poorly managed, false expectations created using photos, inaccurate location details that make it difficult to find, no one answers the phone, even though reception is "open" from 10-00am - 10.00pm. It goes on and on. It was so bad, I abandoned the property, loosing money but it was just terrible. Why Expedia support properties like this, defies logic!"
