"Stayed at Hotel Richmond for one night after flying into Narita. Easy to access by train from the airport & approx 10-15 min walk from the station depending on the route Google maps send you. Check- in was good & staff were friendly & professional. Room was a suitable size. Amenities are self serve at reception. Bed was comfortable & room was quiet. Restaurant downstairs nice food & drinks. An enjoyable stay. "

"The shuttle, the check in process, the buffet dinner, the room was spacious and in general, everything was great. The only thing is that I was unable to make the room cooler and they said I could open the window. They also have a convenience store and gift shop on the property with the convenience store having great prices. They had many dinner options too from a buffet to made to order items. Great place to stay to fly from the next day"

"The staff were all friendly and very kind and helpful. I was surprised at how wonderful the breakfast was, and at the variety of food available. Especially considering it is included in the cost of your stay. The room while small was well thought out with a safe, hairdryer, slippers etc. The washroom was small but a good use of space with sink and bathtub sharing a moveable faucet. Very ingenious!
