This small B&B is within a larger building in the old town. We loved the area, lots of shops and restaurants close by. The owner gives you clear instructions on finding keys and everything you need to know. The room was modern and clean with air con.

The room was very modern and clean. A/C worked great, although the weather was nice so didn't need it much. Stefano was an amazing host. He is easy to communicate with on What'sApp. He quickly answered our questions and gave suggestions. Unfortunately, on our last day when we were flying home, the entire country of Italy's taxi drivers went on strike. We were at a loss as how to get us and all our luggage to the airport without a taxi. Stefano went out of his way to first inform us of the strike, so we were aware, and then he was able to reserve us a private driver. Stefano is a very good host!

Fairly spartan but budget friendly. Excellent location. You have to walk a block for breakfast. Very clean. A little confusing getting in but the host was quick to answer. You must have WhatsApp.

Stefano was a great host. It gave us a lot of recommendations of where to eat and what to visit. The place is super centric, and to a wakable distance of plenty of restaurants, the port and the train station

This property is in the heart of it all!!! Perfect location. The owner Stefano is amazing and easy to get a hold if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I will be returning.

Hated Naples but Cloister Inn was nice. Had some initial communication issues because the owner said he emailed me the check-in stuff but I never received it. He was easily reached via WhatsApp though. The hotel itself was nice - clean, modern. Shower was broken but owner fixed issue within 1 day. Owner does not allow eating in the room - which is a little annoying and inconvenient.

Very centrally located, conveniently close to beautiful corners, churches and squares in the Centro Storico. The host Stefano is awesome! Always available, very responsive and helpful. Wifi and A/C worked perfectly. Highly recommended!

Stephano was very helpful. He gave us recommendations on what to do and where to eat. He even replied to us within minutes when we missed a train and weren’t sure where to go. The bed was comfy. Convenient location. Would recommend to friends if visiting Naples!

Clean and comfortable room in a great location. Although we never met face to face, Stefano provided great information about Naples and was very accommodating and responsive on WhatsApp. Room access worked well. The only negative comment we have is that the foam topping on the bed mattress needs to be replaced/upgraded.

Perfect host, location & the room is airy and also the tasty Italian coffee ready for you in the morning. Stefano has prepared an apple cake for my son's 15th Birthday. He is superb. He has provided us with rich information of where to go for sighseeing & food & drinks. Plus, helping us to save money too.. We will definitely come back .. Strongly recommended. Gracias Stefano. x

This property was amazing! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and knows everything there is to know about Naples. He is eager to help you and would help you call a taxi to come at 6am if you needed, as he did for us. The inn was located in the heart of Naples and almost everywhere was easily accessible by foot. The room was very clean and had everything you could need. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We were originally booked for a week in one of the 5 star hotels on Naples sea front but, due to unforeseen circumstances, had to cancel and rebook the trip two months later. The original hotel’s price has risen considerably so we looked for something more affordable and came across the Cloister Inn on Expedia. This turned out to be stroke of luck as the Cloister Inn is not only a really well organised B&B but is also very, very central to everything in the historical district ‘Centro Storico’. You can walk out of the front door and be at any of a dozen places of interest within minutes. There are a multitude of little shops of all kinds, and cafes and restaurants in the streets around. (Don’t let the Google Earth pictures put you off - they are old and the other hotel on Vico Pallonetto Santa Chiara is now fully rebuilt and the street is NOT a building site as it would suggest.) The Cloister Inn owners are extremely helpful and provide an excellent service - like a ‘home from home’. Nothing is too much trouble and they can offer a wealth of useful information about Naples and very good tips on where to go for the best restaurants etc. All-in-all Cloister Inn is to be thoroughly recommended.
