"The main pool was under maintenance while we were there which was disappointing, but Ravi and his team were as accommodating as they could be. The property is in an excellent area with a top notch beach. Quaint, low rise condos, not giant 10 story hotels. This keeps the whole area a little quieter, more charming, and less crowded. "Nice condo in a great location. The bedroom did not have air conditioner, but a big ceiling fan, not enough for my family. Also the bedroom qas noisy, due to the road in the back. We were not able to get a late check out but were offered to use the hospitality room where we could shower before heading to airport. A few table placements would be recommended. "When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! Jimbo, your manager was absolutely great. He helped us in every way to locate another unit etc. etc. You have a great employee!!! Regards; Dean"

"Location was great. Condo was a little dated. Toaster was broken and fridge was on its’ last leg but when we needed anything we called Epic Realty and they got right on it. They were very good. "

"The location is ideal. We enjoy the coastal trail (took it every day). Beaches are close and pool area clean and comfortable. The turtle bay is amazing and watching the whales was cool. "
