"We really enjoyed our stays. Staff are all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable including the shuttle driver and the retail staff. The room, spa services, and onsen are my favorites. My husband enjoyed the free yoga classes and the gym. We both love the plum tea and the beef noodle soup at the bar areas. Will definitely come back and stay again!!! Thank you !!! "

"This hotel is very nice. One can walk around the lake by simply crossing the street. The meal has many options and there is game room and sauna. We enjoyed it very much. I would definitely return if I traveled back to Sun Moon lake again. "

"Lovely hotel just around the corner from Shuishe bus stop. Close to pier, restaurants, 7-11, Family Mart. Elevator, nice shower, plenty of plugs and USB chargers, great breakfast. The complimentary tea in the rooms was AMAZING!! staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke great English. "
