The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. "A nice hotel situated by the river bank. Parking is ample but arrangement and instruction from the staff is confusing. The hotel is like a maze and difficult to navigate initially. "Some updating may be required for this otherwise nice hotel. The room was VERY basic. There was no AC, no mini fridge or even an iron. Windows could use some screens as pigeon feathers get in when the window is open. It gets pretty loud on the weekend as it seems the younger crowds gather around the building.
