"Everything was wonderful. Stayed a couple of days with parents. Everyone working there were kind and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, spa was a bonus!! Loved our stayed and definitely will be back when visiting Osaka."

The only thing I wasn’t happy about was that they don’t have free hotel to airport transfer and vice versa throughout the day. Though they have hotel to airport transfer during the regular checkout time, it would be awesome if they provide throughout the day especially at least during normal working hours."

"I like the staff they are helpful, clean rooms, walkable the train station. It will be great if they have updated Televisions that have Netflix or apps. because Not everybody is Japanese can only watch news and cooking. It will be great if they have safe box into the room."

"I would not recommend this place, since there is no personnel at the hotel to manage the guests. We were there for one night and we got woke up a few times buy people yelling in the accomodation We were in room 101 which is next to the living room/kitchen and the entry, probably the worst room. I had to get up and tell some guest to stop yelling at each other. We were woken up by people at midnight, 2am , 4 am and 7am. People were rude and were not respecting any rules from the managers.... "

The Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan

"right at the door step of USJ and the train station, very good. room was clean and large size, necessary amenities also provided. the only negative thing was the free wifi was very slow, speed was only 0.62mbps, couldn't even stream videos like youtube/disney. hotel inserted a note in the room stating there's a malfunction in their system. that's my complaint. "

"I’ve stayed at several hotels in Rinku Town over the last two years and OMO is definitely the winner by far when it comes to comfort and friendly staff. During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. I have become a regular and am no longer looking for alternatives when staying in Rinku Town."
