"Nancy, the front desk manager helped us in booking Fansipan and helped me prep some food for my baby on the journey back to Hanoi. She also helped in some small issues and she is so honest in telling me they overcharged me for my Fansipan tickets (we got combo). Only thing that was quite frustrating would probably be the restaurant for breakfast were quite overbooked and we need wait without a proper queuing system from them. "Aliana is close yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town (10 minute walk). The rooms were spacious with amazing views of the mountains (including Fansipan). Pool was a lovely addition after trekking up Fansipan or through local villages. We left slightly bemused after being charged for a dirty towel, but other than that would recommend. "

"This is the best property to stay.its budget friendly, staffs are really very nice and cleaness is upto the mark. The location is very good, you can visit the tourist attraction with in 15 min. Sapa plaza is 5-10min walk. I just loved this place and everyrhing was so perfect. They allow to keep luggage, as we had late night bus. In the room we had a welcome note, postcard . I definitely recommend this place. "

"Nothing to fault with this property. We were looked after by the fabulous staff from the moment we arrived. We were presented with a welcome drink, our bags were stored until checkin (we arrived early after travelling to Sapa on the overnight train) and we were offered the use of showers in the pool area. This continued throughout our stay, with Sarah checking in on us every day via WhatsAp to see if we needed any advice or assistance with planning our day. We have never had this level of personalised service anywhere else we have stayed. The room was very spacious, and the view… wow! The hotel is perfectly located on the edge of town, making it quiet but only a short 5 minute walk to all the nearby shops and cafes. While there is some construction next door at the moment, we were not disturbed by this at all. Overall, this hotel is incredible value for money."

"This was a really good property location, even though the hotel was a bit dated, our rooms were massive, had a balcony that overlooked the mountains. We could listen to the roosters crowing in the morning and it was super convenient and peaceful, even though it was just a stone’s throw away from the main Sapa city area. 10/10 recommend, and would definitely stay here again. "
