"We stayed at City Reach Motel twice as a stopover to and from Ararat - Canberra. The hotel is close to Kmart, Coles and fast food options, as well as a few restaurants. The staff are really lovely and did everything in their power to accomodate my mother, who uses a wheelchair due to mobility issues. The motel overall is showing signs of its age, but we were happy with our stay. Lovely walk along the riverside into town (not too far, but far enough that you're away from the crowds). Rates are a bit steep, but Bright is super popular & so it's to be expected given the demand."
