"My sister and i have stayed at this hotel in the past because of its proximity to the airport. Our visit was mostly great except the bed i slept in (Room 101 bed nearest the window) had a sink spot in it on the side next to the nightstand that i kept rolling into. That mattress needs to go. I kept waking up because i kept rolling into it. Otherwise nice place."

"I wish they would return my money for incidentals that they charged my card. The fee isn't the problem, but the facts that I stayed 12/11/2024 to 12/12/2024. And it takes this long to return money."

"Great shuttle service, took us to the 3rd Ward, picked us up at Maders German Restaurant. Took us back to Shaker's Cigar Bar and picked us back up. Learned that unfortunately, one of Jeffrey Dahmer's victims lost his life in room 507. We watch a lot of true crimes shows on TV, later checked out the 5th floor. There is a room, up not a # on the room. The only things we didn't like was the lighting. All the lights came on at once and took a while to figure how to use them. It seemed like when the light were off, the fridge went off? Some type of energy saving feature. The TV remote took some figuring out how to use. Great service and clean! The best location if you're seeing a concert or event at The Rave Eagles Club."
