"The staff was very nice, special props for the receptionist who helped me. Comfortable beds, and has an enjoyable balcony. Air conditioner works slow but is effective over time; I actually had to turn it off because it was cooling so well, but then again, this is in January in Tampa. "This place is HORRIBLE. The neighborhood is scary. The floor is unsafe and you feel like the floor may fail. The ceiling is buckled and looks like it will fall. There is cardboard instead of glass in one window. There is black mold in the bathroom. You can not shower there! There's a random light that stays on and you can't turn it off.
