"A pretty good apart hotel with amazing staff and customer service. Clean, reasonably priced and based in a good location. The only thing I can point out is it would’ve been nice to have some bottled water available at hand but I suppose that’s due to the fact that water in Hungary is deemed safe to drink from the tap. "I would very much recommend this hotel as I already have done to all my friends already, you won't be disappointed as it's just a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and beautifully quirky. The only thing I can mark down in the facilities area is that the bar closes at 10:30pm even at the weekends which is considerably early for me. It's also a superb choice for wheelchair users, easily accessible. I really rate this hotel highly and I'd book again!"

"Property is located really close to tram 4/6 as well as Metro 1. Easy to get around the entire city with those being so close, but is also walkable to everything within 30ish minutes. Property is really pretty especially the roof rooms that have basically glass wall/ceilings to look out over the city and also has a large blackout curtain to go over it. "Arrived at 02:30 in the morning but the lad on 24hr reception was alert, helpful, friendly and got us to our room quickly with no problems. Equally friendly and helpful was the lady on reception the next two days. Breakfast was great and plentiful but the best thing for us overall was the location…a 4 minute e-scooter ride away from the thermal baths one way (I can recommend) and an 8 minute escooter ride away from the city centre the other way! "

"A very clean hotel with, an amazing location, The staff in the hotel is very friendly, polite and attentive. Breakfast had a good assortment of bread and cold meats, hot counter breakfast and plenty of teas and coffees to choose from. The only thing to say is it was a bit noisy for my liking, maybe need an extra glazing to silence the early morning city noise. "

Breakfast was incredible and the fact it was included in the room rate is a plus over the chains. The staff couldn't do enough to help and where always so welcoming from your arrival until departure. "Check in was efficient and staff felt like they wanted to serve you, unlike some places where it feels like you’re a burden. Staff on hand to support you to your room if you need it. The room was well appointed, though both bedside lights were detached from the wall, the TV option to cast from your own device didn’t work, and the shower broke when attempting to use it. All apart from the TV were fixed quickly, though for a 5 star hotel, especially the lights and TV, should have been sorted...

"The hotel was a very nice relaxing spa hotel. They cleaned everyday and it was all spotless, although they didnt replace tissue when it finished and gave a stingy 2 teabags. Some of the receptionist and people In the breakfadt hall were very friendly whilst thete were 1 or 2 who were not very helpful which was frusyrating. "
