"Excellent pace to stay, close to the train station, pubs and bars , room looks modern, clean and fresh, although over the road from a busy bar we slept really well as the new windows blocked out any noise , we did have and issue with room keys on arrival but we sorted it with the help of another guest , we’d definitely stay again ."

"Sfeervol en heel netjes. Gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Super leuk om bij een echt iers landhuis te verblijven met alle hedendaagse gemakken. Maynooth is leuke plaats, universiteitsgebouw heel mooi, veel winkels en mogelijk om met trein naar Dublin te gaan. "

"This place was excellent on all fronts. I have just returned from a wedding there. The hotel was absolutely immaculate and the staff were superb. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. "Beautiful peaceful old style hotel with a modern twist. Staff are efficient and extremely helpful. Have to mention receptionist Kate. What a beautiful young woman. she was pleasant, kind, nothing was too much fir her. She will make an excellent manager one day. All the staff were lovely. Also duty Manager Cormac who sorted out a few little issues we had without fuss. This was my second time staying at Killashee and return again"

Very acceptable 4* hotel

"Stayed 1 night for business in an Exec room number 209. The room is large and nice, it's nothing special and starting to show it's age a little, you can tell it's an accountant designed room rather than an aesthetic one, but it's more than fine, no power points by the bed is very bad though. The hotel itself is all perfectly acceptable, clean but some fixtures and fittings showing their age with cracked tiles in the lobby. Staff were all ok, nothing out of the ordinary, just doing their jobs. The best thing, by far, was the breakfast - it was the best hotel breakfast I've had all year."

"The hotel was beautiful! The staff, especially Brian at the front door and Sinead at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Massage, biking, and restaurants were good. Only issues were with the pool and jacuzzi area. Found used bandaids on the side of the pool. Around the jacuzzi it was slightly flooded with standing water that flowed into the sauna. Needed to be drained and cleaned better. Otherwise wonderful hotel."
