"I stayed at Sahara over 25 years ago. I sort of forgot all about it. Mainly because it's on the end of the stirp that I rarely visit but I read a recent review by a vegas influencer and they mentioned how clean the property is and low room rates and resort fees. I was very pleased with the stay. I was able to check in right away, and the room exceeded expectations. I stayed in a mara room and it was quite spacious with plenty of seating and lighting. "Had an issue with barking dog on our floor first night there. Talked with a staff member next morning and he quickly refunded resort fee and was in contact with housekeeping and security to find the problem room. Next night were bark feee. We’re dog owners by the way. "

"The Strat is always a good hotel for proximity to the monorail and Fremont Street. However, I was frustrated with the amount of fees, just for the resort, even after paying for the room. It was more than 50 a night just in resort fees. This seems a bit ridiculous considering it’s already a fair amount just to have a room."
