"My major complaint about this property is the bathtub. It is very difficult to get in and out of. It is very high and there are no grabber bars. It literally took me 10 minutes to figure out how I would manage to get out without falling in a wet tub."

"It was our first trip to Paris and we found this hotel to be the perfect choice. Itell at the front desk was warm, kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful throughout our stay. She always greeted us and assisted with dining reservations when needed. The metro is a few steps away from the hotel and served us well during our time in Paris. Couldn’t recommend this more!"

"If you are a family of 3 just know there is only a sofa bed the size of a twin mattress along with a good sized bed. Room is small, but what threw us off with the bathroom. It's as small as an airplane one, and it's odd that you come out then go into another room where shower and sink is available. It can be convenient if someone is showering that bathroom is still available, but the size was unfortunate. Also be extra specific to staff when ordering a taxi for you or just walk to the Pullman hotel that has a taxi rank outside, I specifically asked for a bigger taxi to take us to the airport since I had 3 large luggage and 3 carryons, but a Tesla showed up. I was upset at the staff member who ordered it, didn't tell me what agency and they scammed me out of more money. driver was mad he had to make everything fit, and charged me extra for luggage when it wasn't my fault or mistake, that was front desk's fault. I was afraid of speaking up because we were already on the road when driver used google translate to tell me he was charging me more, so language barrier was awful with front desk too because another family did get a van and had no problems. "

"It was a nice hotel and the staff is incredible. It’s interesting that there is the Hotel Renoir and half a block down Hotel Renoir Uniq. We went to the wrong one but seems they are the same staff. The hotel is unusual in its arrangement of rooms. Beings it’s multiple buildings combined. I would stay again, great location."
